Tool Problems and Technical Issues
If the DPI analyzer, sensitivity converter, eDPI calculator, mouse sensitivity analyzer, or double click testisn't loading or producing accurate results, let us know. Please include your browser name and version, your operating system, what you were doing when the problem appeared, and any error messages you saw. A screenshot makes diagnosis significantly faster.
Questions About Your Results
Your measured DPI came back different from your advertised setting. Your sensitivity conversion feels off in-game. Your eDPI looks nothing like what pro players use. Before You Write
Quick Fixes Worth Trying First
Two settings cause the majority of tool problems. First, check that your browser zoom is exactly 100%, press Ctrl+0 on Windows or Cmd+0 on Mac to reset it. Second, confirm that pointer acceleration is disabled. On Windows, go to Mouse Settings, open Additional mouse options, click the Pointer Options tab, and uncheck Enhance pointer precision. Both of these affect how your cursor coordinates are read and will produce wrong results if left active.
