DPI Analyzer is a free online tool that helps gamers, designers, and everyday users measure real mouse DPI, convert sensitivity between games, and test click speed. Read more about DPI Analyzer and the people behind it. We do not manufacture hardware, provide drivers, or affiliate with any mouse brand.

We provide the service “as is”, free of charge, for your personal and non-commercial use.

Using This Website

What You Can Do

Tool Accuracy and Results

How the DPI Measurement Works

The DPI analyzer figures out your mouse’s DPI by tracking how far the cursor moves across your screen compared to a set physical distance you move your mouse. But keep in mind—things like your browser zoom level, pointer acceleration settings, and even your mouse surface can affect the result.

To get the most accurate reading possible, make sure your browser zoom is set to 100%, turn off any pointer acceleration (whether you’re on Windows or macOS), and run the test a few times to get a solid average.

No guarantee of complete accuracy

We do our best to make these measurements as accurate as possible. That said, this is a browser-based tool, not lab-grade hardware calibration software. Results may vary slightly between sessions, devices, and operating systems.

DPI Analyzer should be used as a helpful reference, not as a substitute for manufacturer-certified specifications. The same applies to results from our eDPI calculator. We cannot be held responsible if you adjust your settings based on our tool’s output and find the results do not match your expectations.
